Check in times for the accommodation is between 2pm-7pm

Check out time for the accommodation is 10am

All our accommodation is self check in and self catering, you will be sent all you access arrangements before arrival.

We advise that you check availability on the lakes if your interested in fishing as some lakes may not be available due to Potential matches or lakes booked for club matches, fishing is also an additional cost to your accommodation

All of the accommodation on site have only one king size bed in them and are suitable for only 2 people maximum.

Quite hours are 22.00-7.00

no parties or events

No pets  

No commercial photography or filming allowed.

maximum 2 guest per accommodation 

No under 18s on site unless accompanied by an adult at all times.

Day time Guest/visitors will need  prior approval before they visit.

No barbecues or naked flames e.g. candles, fires, Tea Lights (Most of our buildings are timber built or have timber structures near by)

No swimming or Aquatic sports in the lakes due to health and safety reasons 

Please be considerate to other guest/Visitors using  the facilities.

No Decorations unless prior approval, if approved the cleaning of all decorations will be your responsibility and the cabin will need to be left in a reasonable condition. (Damage deposit may be taken)as we are in a rural area you can't add anything to the outside/exterior of the cabins unfortunately. This is because the decorations/rubbish that might get blown away around the fishery and/or surrounding areas. We also can’t allow it due to potential damages to the structure. 

if you would like to fish the lakes on site, you would need to check availability and times you can fish, in the summer fishing starts and finishes from 7.30am-8pm (fishing is an additional cost you can purchase a day ticket in the onsite tackle shop)

Unfortunately there are no charging facilities for electric vehicles so any charging of your electric vehicle is strictly prohibited  on the site of Shearsby Valley Lakes, this include charging of any vehicle from your accommodation or any power supplies around the fishery. 

no smoking in the accommodation (this includes vaping/e-cigarettes)  

Please be aware this is a self check in site and your accommodation is self catering and it is your responsibility to have all your information available before you arrive to access your accommodation 

please if your ordering any takeaways to you accommodation, you will need to give them clean and specific instructions and where your accommodation is with the lodge name.
if the gates are closed and you let the driver in you will need to make sure they get out as the gate will close automatically after they have entered the site, the gates are open  7.30am-8pm.
ideally collecting your takeaway at the main gate would be the best option when the gates are closed.     

we will be contactable between the the hours of 7.30am - 5pm please allow us time to respond to any questions in these hours as we can be very busy at times but will respond when we get chance.
any inquiries out of these time will be dealt with the following morning.
